Signs of Spring are no more evident than in rural America, as the longer daylight hours and warmer temperatures of the sun begin to raise the soil temperatures and prepare it for spring planting. Although no longer being manufactured, this Allis Chalmers WD45 tractor was the most sold tractor of its era, and continues today to be a powerhouse tractor on modern day farms. The Persian Orange tractor is easily identifiable, preparing to ‘get in the fields’ on this lovely spring day and begin tillage of the next new season! View additional and artwork by Bonnie Mohr.
